SignetX is an AI-powered contract generation platform that allows users to create, edit, sign, and export legally-formatted contracts. Our services include contract templates, AI-generated content, e-signature functionality, and PDF export.

The contracts generated by our platform are based on AI processing of templates and user inputs. While we strive for accuracy and legal soundness, we do not guarantee that any generated contract is legally binding or appropriate for your specific situation. You should consult with a qualified attorney before relying on any generated contract.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use SignetX. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
You agree not to: (a) use SignetX for unlawful purposes; (b) generate contracts for fraudulent or deceptive activities; (c) attempt to access other users' data; (d) reverse engineer or decompile our software; (e) use automated tools to scrape or abuse our services.
SignetX offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us for refund requests.
You retain ownership of the contracts you generate. SignetX retains ownership of its platform, templates, and software. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our templates or platform code without permission.
SignetX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated contracts, including legal disputes, financial losses, or business damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of SignetX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
